Even though airports are making great efforts to smooth the check-in, security and boarding procedures, travellers still spend a lot of time at the airports. Waiting lines, flight delays and cancellations are less painful when you know that airports offer facilities to help you spend time effectively and pleasantly rather than to sleep on the bench like Tom Hanks in “The Terminal”. We have prepared a list of the airports that take business travellers’ needs seriously.
Zurich Airport
Business travellers visiting Zurich Airport will be happy to discover 3 dedicated lounges in Terminal E: First Class, Business Class and Senator. The spacious relaxing areas are conveniently located near the departure gates and feature outdoor terraces with views of the airport tarmac and the Swiss Alps. The new spaces have been divided into working areas and rest zones that guarantee more privacy, as well as open spaces that encourage networking or relaxing in bigger groups. All lounges offer fresh meals, while the Senator Lounge boasts a Whisky Bar offering over 120 different whiskies.
