Frankfurt

Serviced apartments in Zug
The mountain town is the capital of the Canton of Zug, and with it’s low tax rate and business friendly environment, Zug enjoys a praiseworthy reputation as home to many major industrial and commercial companies. Nonetheless, Zug has so much more to offer than that; it’s convenient location between Zurich and Lucerne, the proximity to the Alps, the breathtaking beauty of lake Zug… You can get picturesque panoramic views in various spots, however one of our favorites is the scenic walk up the Gottschalkenberg in Oberägeri. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough time, you can also enjoy the panorama with a tasty cocktail at the Skylounge in Zug, or on the terrace of the VISIONAPARTMENTS building. Another highlight is the spectacular 500-year-old town hall. Last but not least, visitors must try the famous “Zuger Kirschtorte”, a specialty cake from the area – you will see why.

Vevey
Vevey is located in the canton Vaud near Lausanne. It’s surrounded by the beautiful vineyards and the shore of lake Geneva. Do not make the mistake and underestimate this little, inconspicuous city: it is not only of high commercial importance by being home to the world headquarters of the food giant Nestlé. It also has an immense cultural heritage. The comedy legend Charlie Chaplin and his family lived here from 1952 to 1977. 14 structures listed as Swiss heritage site of national significance can be found here. On top of that, this little city is highly international, with 43% of the population holding non-Swiss passports.
VISIONAPARTMENTS purchased the former Hôtel de Famille in Vevey, and transformed the hotel into state-of-art serviced apartments facilities. It offers 101 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Unlike other VISIONAPARTMENTS, the kitchens will not be installed in the rooms themselves, but in a large public area. This new, shared economy LIVINGHOTEL concept will increase social interactions between tenants. To ensure that our guests can relax after a long day of work, the location also offers a wellness area. St. Sulpice
Saint-Sulpice, located in the district of Ouest Lausannois, is a suburb of Lausanne. It’s not only known for it’s picturesque view on Lake Geneva and the magnificent mountains of France. You can find here the University EPFL. It enjoys a renowned reputation as one of the world’s leading universities. Ranked as the world’s 11th best school for Engineering and Technology, you will meet many student in this Vaudoise municipality. However, there are some tourist attractions too. The Swiss Reformed Church of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine, listed as a Swiss heritage site of national significance.
